Privacy policy

In short: Talabia keeps your shop's data so the app can work. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, and you can delete everything at any time from the app.

Who we are

Talabia is an app for small online sellers in Morocco, made by Sofyane El Krid (Casablanca, Morocco). For any question about your data, contact us on WhatsApp: +212 6 14 84 06 96.

What we collect

Data	Why
Your account: phone number, shop name, password	To create your account and log you in on any phone. Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed) and nobody can read them.
Your shop: products, prices, stock, orders	To save your work online and show it on your phones.
Your customers' details that you enter: names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order notes	To manage and deliver your orders. You add this data yourself; we only store it for you.
Usage counters for AI Smart fill and your plan (Free or Pro)	To apply your plan and monthly limits.

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising IDs. The app has no ads and no tracking tools.

AI Smart fill

When AI Smart fill is on and you use it, the customer message you paste and your product list are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to read the order. The result is sent back to your phone. We don't use this data for anything else.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each seller can only access their own shop.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the app (Supabase for storage, Anthropic for AI Smart fill when you use it). We never sell your data or your customers' data. We may share data if the law requires it.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for the customer details you enter in Talabia and for using them only to handle their orders, in line with Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account, shop, products, orders and customer details are deleted from our server right away. Copies may remain in backups for a short time before they are erased automatically.

Deleting your account

In the app: tap your shop name (top right) → My account → Delete my account. You can also ask us on WhatsApp (+212 6 14 84 06 96) with your Talabia phone number. See how to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Children

Talabia is made for sellers aged 18 and over.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
