Delete your Talabia account

From the app

Open Talabia and log in.
Tap your shop name at the top right.
In My account, scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Tap Delete my account again to confirm.

Without the app

Send a WhatsApp message to +212 6 14 84 06 96 with the phone number of your Talabia account and the words "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by message.

What gets deleted: your account (phone number, shop name, password), all your products, orders and the customer details you entered, and your plan and AI usage records.

What we keep: nothing. Server backups are erased automatically after a short time.
